Diplomatic negotiations & power tariffs etc
are fixed @ high officer & political levels.
Within another week, Variable Power Generation begins & this power is
supplied to National Power Grid.

Some Facts about Solar Power,

A 2.7m x 2.7m plot is enough to generate 1000 W electricity.
==> 1 sq.Km. is enough to generate 150 MW electricity.

Of course, the plot will collect more solar energy.

We will need low tech, maintenance-free
concentrated solar energy collection machinery,
which can store heat in form of
Organic fluids/Oil @ 350-390 Deg.C.
&/or use 19th century engines / steam engines to generate Mechanical motion
for electricity generation.
